Poland is located in central Europe. The country shares borders with Germany to the west, the Czech Republic and Slovakia to the south, Ukraine to the east, Belarus to the northeast, and Lithuania and Russia (Kaliningrad Oblast) to the north. Poland also has a coastline along the Baltic Sea to the north. Poland’s economy is one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe.
