Solar Foreman (Field Supervisor)
Main Duties:
- Supervise solar worker team at project sites.
- Assign daily tasks (job assignment).
- Ensure installations follow working drawings, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Conduct field quality checks (QC).
- Act as liaison between site engineer/project manager and workers.
- Prepare daily work progress reports.
- Oversee material and tool usage.
Skills & Experience:
- Advanced technical solar panel experience.
- Knowledge of wiring, inverters, mounting, and protection systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of OHS/K3 and small project management.
Fully responsible for team results.
Solar Worker (Installer/Technician)
Main Duties:
- Install mounting structures.
- Install solar panels.
- Pull and connect DC/AC cables.
- Assist with inverter and battery installation (if applicable).
- Perform physical tasks as instructed by foreman.
Skills & Experience:
- Basic to intermediate technical skills.
- Focus on hands-on field work.
- No decision-making authority.
Work under foreman direction.
