General Description
Taiwan is a developed country in East Asia, officially known as the Republic of China, with a population of around 23.5 million people and its capital city in Taipei. The country has a strong economy, especially in the technology, electronics, and semiconductor industries. In addition, its manufacturing, agriculture, and service sectors are also growing rapidly, creating many job opportunities for foreign workers, including those from Indonesia.
Most Indonesian migrant workers in Taiwan work as caregivers and domestic helpers (housemaids), while others are employed in large factories producing electronics, metals, textiles, and processed foods. Some also work in construction and agriculture, although in smaller numbers. The average monthly salary for migrant workers in Taiwan ranges from NT$ 20,000–33,000 (approximately IDR 10–16 million), depending on the type of work and overtime hours, with additional benefits such as accommodation and labor insurance.
As of 2024, there are more than 250,000 Indonesian workers in Taiwan, making Indonesia the largest source of foreign labor in the country. Taiwan is chosen by many because it offers a safe working environment, competitive wages, and good legal protection, although workers still face challenges such as language barriers and cultural adaptation.

Qualifications:
- Willing to be assigned in Taiwan
- Maximum age: 44 years old
- Minimum education: Vocational High School / Senior High School / Islamic Senior High School (SMK/SMA/MA)
- Must have relevant work experience in Indonesia, proven by a reference letter (Paklaring)
- Must hold an active Excavator License (SIO) for Excavator Operator position
- Preferably able to communicate in English
- Willing to adapt to a four-season environment
- Willing to stay abroad and not return to Indonesia for 2–3 years of employment
- Willing to work in shifts and on holidays
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work inside warehouse / manufacturing sites / on-site projects
- Perform duties according to working hours: 8 or 10 hours per day
- Wear the company’s uniform during working hours as required
- Follow instructions from the coordinator or supervisor during work
